Write a report about the fire: what, when, where, who, etc.... It would be nice if you include pictures.

TASK 5.- Your commitment: after reading the post above (Chapter 5)

Draw a picture to illustrate the chapter. In the picture you must write the dialogue between 
Samuel Pepis and the king. You can make up the story on your own way: be creative!!!!! 
When you finish, save the picture and send it to your teacher.

Chapter 5 where Samuel Pepis and the crowd of men visit the king in the palace of Whitehall.

The Palace of Whitehall was the main residence of the English monarchs in London from 1530 until 1698. It was destroyed by fire. Before the fire it had grown to be the largest palace in Europe, with over 1,500 rooms, overtaking the Vatican and Versailles.

Task 3: Revision


Go to the PbWork The Great fire of London. Download the PPT and order t he pictures. Then think about what the characters were saying at the moment....... Write the dialogues in bubbles and the narrator comments and save your ppt. Feel free to give it your own style. Be creative!!!!!
